When Shopify marks the order fulfilled, Garantly creates the warranty record from the order itself: customer, SKU, ship date and coverage end date. If you record serial numbers, they're added too; if not, the customer enters it when opening a claim. Your customer never fills in a registration form.
In the EU, consumer goods carry a 2-year legal guarantee, and Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 applies from 27 September 2026. Garantly tracks legal and commercial coverage separately on every record.
